Shining in Seattle
The weather has turned very cold in the breezes that sweep along the landscapes here in Washington. The rain has come in it's natural abundance for this time of year. We did have a mild, sunny summer which is already missed by those of us who truly appreciated it. No need to fret, the climatic changes are out of our hands and bestowed upon us by forces far greater. I am in Seattle with my son and have been here for four days. Despite his working during the days, I have helped him with a reorganization of his office, which put a broad smile on his face when he first walked in to see it's transformation. Big hugs followed. I have been applying for jobs while here, during his daily absences to his job sites. We have enjoyed dinner together each night and the first night, we teamed up to make a wonderful, baked Cuban chicken based with a delightful cilantro sauce, developed by him.
