Looking Glass

  Sitting here in my room at my computer leaves my mind haggard with ideas and thoughts on how to write at this time. Nothing earthshaking or enlightening is abound in my brain, just ideas that are not in order... ponderings...ponderings of such a broad sort, that even a sieve won't filter through them. I am left to sort them, and this blog is one way to do so, and ye (readers) are the victims of this circumstance. (smile here).  Retrospect can be a powerful thing. That is a thought process in which we look back and review past choices or circumstances. It allows us to determine what went right or wrong, through the course of our lives. It could also help us self evaluate and improve future outcomes, IE;not make the same mistakes twice.  I decided to do something a bit different today along with my job searches on line. It was not a new found experiment, rather a deeper search. It was a task to see what chances I have of being recognized...you know, are my Search Engines Optimized? (SEO). (laugh here.)  I accomplished this simply by "googling" myself, through my real name and my blogger name. When using search engines with my real name, Margi Kenny, many links pop up spanning several years, from when I held a seat as Secretary on the Theler Center board of directors, to linking to my face book page, Linked In, Twitter,  my Toastmaster Club face book page and endorsements on Amazon and the like. Basically, anything I've been noted for publicly. I am OK with that as I am not ashamed of my past, nor have I ever been in any trouble that would be detrimental to my reputation.
